failing the 21 day challenge of no sweets, frustrated I wont make the goal I wanted of 100lbs in a year, but ive done great so far so I wont give up, it will come with time. I cannot give up sweets for some reason, doesn't help they are in the house, (little lady isn't on a diet) trying to stick with healthy replacements is difficult. although, those chobani indulgent yogurts are AMAZING. those might do it for me.
