Day 3 back on my diet, and I am already having one of those hungry days. Trying to keep it in check with fruit and baby carrots. I know that I have done this before, and I can do it again.

the beginning is always the worst. i suppose it must be our stomach's shrinking...or maybe our brains? not sure. congrats on getting through three days!

I seem to have hungry days once every couple weeks. I do think that a lot of it is mental, but it is still tough sometimes.

I have those days, too. I try to fill up with a BIG salad! It is tough, but like you said - you've done it before and you WILL do it again! :)
