I was down again today another .5 lbs. I'm holding my breath though because it seems like I've been eating on the high end of the scale as far as calories. Also, I've had 90 grams of carbs plus and my fat intake is still so high if you ask me. We'll see what tomorrow brings. Another day without FB. Didn't walk today because it was raining this morning. But I will get some cardio in today. Trust.
