gooooooood mornin...after my monday workout yesterday i cut an trimmed grass..it needed it badly..needless to say when i woke up this morning..i was just to tired to do a cardio workout in the gym..slept instead...listened to my tired body...i was awake when it was time to go...but just counldnt ever get wide awake to go....so ... a day off to get ready for a workout tomow...in the 40s here this morning...was only in the 60s yesterday..wasnt all that warm cutting grass..but it does look nice again for a few days...well...gonna go an eat breakfast get this day started once again...have a great one..
