Well I failed miserably, did not go to the gym, my husband calls me as he gets off work and tells me he has to stop by the bank. So, I ask are we still going to the gym and he says no. Yes, I know, I should have just gone by myself, but the old me made another excuse for not going. I have to stop saying that I am going to go, and wait until after I have gone so that I don't have to tell you all that I was not very strong today.

Me as well, I need to stick to my plans and go to the gym. I makes me feel good. My tailbone injury from an ice skating fall feels pretty good now so no excuses. Goal for the weekend is to get completely caught up on chores, prep cook for the week, plan meals so no excuses. I might have to juggle which days in case the guys can get my front door replaced with the warmer weather predicted.

It does give you more motivation to go even if you dont get it in. I like to set goals for myself everyday and try to make them. I dont always manage to fit everything in, but i try to. :) Strength of will doesnt happen over night, its something you work at. And being part of FS means you have a community of support behind you to help get you where you want to be! :) You can do it!!!

Don't be too hard on yourself - you just have to build momentum again! I am doing the same thing with my diet!!!

I do the same thing. Don't get down on yourself...it is just counter productive. Tomorrow is a new day. The only plan that we all need to stick to is to never give up. None of us are perfect and it's a lifelong journey, not a quick fix. :)

It is very hard sometimes to make time for the gym- some super motivated people go early in morning or late at night- I would still squeeze in exercise time but if you can't squeeze exercise in , it just means you have to lower calorie count for day- Believe I know easier said then done- but turn that frown upside down!!!
