gooooooooood mornin...was watching Oprah this morning...was a repeat of yesterdays show ..but the part that i clicked with the most was about a woman doctor that had lost x amount of weight an at a certain point her weight just more or less stopped coming off..its been almost 4 years now and even though i workout an eat better then i did 4 years ago...my weight seems to stick close to the same place..up or down a few pounds...makes me wonder if i have reached my idea weight or close to it...i kno that doing the weights eventually will burn off more flab...an make my body look firmer...but wondering if i will still be around the same weight...o well...todays workout went as this...
full body squat 5x5x90
abductor 5x5x165
deadlifts 2x5x100 2x5x110 1x5x120
treadmill 45 min..hill program 7 res...3.0 speed recumbant bike hill program 15 min
thats it for the day...walmart today between the rain drops...

Everyone is different and if I were you I would maybe try tweaking it a bit. Trying something different...maybe different meals or more calories. With the exercise and especially the weights you are burning more. I think you can get where you want to be and I wouldn't let anyone distract you from that goal. You can do it!! Happy Hump Day Loosin...

If I look back on my weight this 150 marker is a comfortable weight for me. My ideal weight of 135 is attainable but I have never kept there for very long so this is a fun goal. I need to remember if I stay here I am okay with me too. Good topic Loosin. TOWANDA!!!!!
