well looks like December is going to end on a sad note, pretty much even with the beginning of the month, not a loss, or negligible at the most. pretty bad when im used to 4ish a month. but I got some weight plates for my ezcurl bar, and a door frame pull up bar, so new equipment means new and interesting exercises. get the diet back in check, exercising motivates me so I started again on Saturday, overworked, was sore sunday and yesterday, back on a full tilt today. get the sweets out of my house and get back on it. not a new years resolution, just continuing from last year. I wont make 100lbs in a year, but ill be goddamned if I don't try. I feel so much better from what I have accomplished this year its amazing. 86 lbs so far. im really happy, but the nagging in my head says how much more do you have in you? how much further am I willing to go.

What you mean to say is....Whooo Hoooo..look at my chart! Look what I have accomplished this year. I even lost weight in a month when everyone gains weight. I am doing amazing!!!! Go me! Lol! Nothing sad about your accomplishments. You are way ahead of the pack. Be proud!
