Ahhh, almost New Years. Have been having just a few off-plan things, and taking a break from the gym (lockers being remodeled anyway) Still on 143 though!!! Plan to get back into the grove at the gym on Jan 5. Much too cold and rainy everyday now to even walk. Starting back now with the green smoothies; high protein remains. See Drs. H and W on Jan 14/15.
