Ok, I was doing well. Finally broken my stall thanks to Lipo 6 I think. So today and yesterday were a little disappointing because I've gained about a pound back. maybe just a temporary fluctuation but I'm going to keep my eye on it. I am forcing myself to consume my recommended calories. Seems I just don't want that much food. I have to keep my eye on this carp!!! Uugh, so frustrating. I'm in the process right now of taking a look at my food and exercise. Gonna do my workout tonight and see if I show a loss in the am.
