1753 kcal Fat: 54.22g | Prot: 71.50g | Carb: 258.26g.   Breakfast: strawberries, unsweetened soy milk, half and half, coffee, prunes, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, steel cut oats. Lunch: grapefruit, Wheat Thins Crackers - Original, light havarti, celery. Dinner: pesha, balsamic vinegar, Half and Half, trader joes crumbled feta, muir glen, dreamfields pasta, iceberg lettuce, baby carrots, tomato, cucumber, celery, olive oil. Snacks/Other: extend bar, apple. more...
