My epiphany.
While entering my foods today I found myself breaking down the ingredients in my special order Mother's Day omelette at the mom & pop diner. Here comes my tip of the day: I enter the ingredients on the high side so when I ask for a sour cream, bacon and guacamole omelette when asked for number of tablespoons, instead of a skimpy three, which I was tempted to do, I jacked it up to five.

That's for each ingredient. What has happened is I am meeting my calorie quota for the day quicker so I will have to be more crafty in finding out how to trim calories elsewhere.

Now I am off to the kitchen for yet another glass of water. Mmmm...so fresh and filling.
