Well vegetarian/ pescatarian has been working! Losing slowly and keeping it off! My lowest weight I recorded was 232 I got back up to 238/240 and I was stuck there. Exercise is not good for me because it causes information so I can only walk nothing hard core. I’m back down to 232 after that I’ll continue to log! I’m eating once or twice a day I’m not really counting calories but I know I’m not hitting my daily intake “what should be” but it’s working for me! Almost 30lbs down and went from a 3xl and I’m in a xl now so I’m glad about that!
