For those people who are trying to eat vegetarian foods more often consider this fabulous veggie chilli that I got from Costco. It is soy free. It makes a great easy lunch over a toasted English muffin. Calories = 210 per cup. I have 3/4 of a cup of the chilli over my muffin. Hubby had the rest.
