You're back in a good place here. You seem level headed it's just a matter of making a plan. Then slowly working on it each day little by little. I think most look to far down the road. Just win the day each day. It's a matter of want too. Good luck to you! Use this community to help and strengthen you on the bad days.

Until you have the 💡 moment, that it ABSOLUTELY IS YOUR DIET, along with portion size and lastly exercise, I believe you will stay on your exhausting roller coaster. ✳__You are young and can change your 'diet lifestyle / way of eating / WOE' NOW, with some expert help and guidance. Make an appointment with your Doctor and ask for a referral into a monitored weight-loss program, often free through Canadian Provincial Health Authorities. (If you are in the US, maybe there is something similar offered by each state). It is not hard, when you are taught how to do it properly. ✳__Make small changes in your habits, be consistent, and only make changes you can continue for your life, and not just until you reach goal weight. ✳__If your reason to exercise, is only to be able to eat more, that is doomed for failure. Exercise for strength, endurance, rehabilitation, and FUN. ✳__Make this your chance to DO IT FOR THE LAST TIME, not 'a chance to try again.' The words you say to yourself are hugely important, and can be self-defeating.

I know this for sure, because I was 68 when I was at my rock bottom, and death was looming because I gave up, morbidly obese with BMI=53. I am now 69 with a BMI=40, and I know I will be successful and reach a BMI=24, and maintain that for the rest of my life!!

Please stay determined! I lost 80 pounds on the Insanity Challenge gained it all plus some a few years later. I over eat some days but I stopped giving up. Currently back on Keto diet and Saxenda lost 10 pounds so far it took about 3 weeks! Don’t give up!
