Today I woke up to a weight of 166.2 pounds. I am feeling good that the scale is moving in the right direction. I drank more water yesterday - but, still not as much as I should have been drinking. My plan for today is to at least try to drink a bit more than I did yesterday.
I am really enjoying logging my food consumption.
