gooooood monday mornin...decided yesterday that when i went to the gym this morning would shake it up some..an get back into lifting weights..just start off easy an slowly work up upper part of my body...its whats lest worked...below belt gets a great cardio workout...above belt ...can tell where its getting leaner...and better then it once started out as...but still could use alotta workouts...lol...so this morning started my workout with the bench press ...then cable crossovers...then cardio...an really not even hungry like i usually am when i come home from the gym...guess thats a good thing...rain is here AGAIN!!!...but most of it has gone thru already...but more to come...o boy...well...need to make the bed...and do some of the things that i have been puttin off...cooking ahead ...stuff like that...keep focused an keep my body guessin whats in store for it...

Sounds like you are already doing great this morning. I totally agree with you that it is the weights that have the most positive effects on our body shape and that is what I like the most. Keep doing them between your cardio and you will have slight changes everyday and then all of a sudden you will look at yourself and see the bigger changes. I did kettlebells this morning. Hope you have a great Monday...Myself I wish it was over already...lol Just kidding...it's just going to be a horribly busy week at work for me. Starting to be happy that I will be able to quit soon. Still don't believe it's true though...
