I am getting back to this Lifestyle. I have made some DRASTIC changes. I stated at 298 pounds and have gotten to this weight. I sort of got a bit exhausted, and though I did not eat bread and ice and candy and all this, I over ate what I was allowed and gained a few pounds. I want to resume and get to my desired weight.
