No surprise, I'm still at 83 but I'm finally back home! I'm super excited, wish there were those dancing emoticons that I could use to demonstrate my state of mind. I can finally get back to following a healthy eating lifestyle and go to the gym! The only challenge I will face will be guests. Given my father has recovered, there will be guests coming from everywhere to see him, which often means loads of food we need to prepare for them. I love my family but that is such a downside. I understand they want to come see him and make sure he's alright but its such a job for my mother and I. Guests...a double edged sword.
