Finally, I am seeing some success! My diligent weighing and measuring are paying off. All those walks have helped all lot too. For anyone who may be feeling a bit discouraged with the up/down of daily weighing may I suggest weighing yourself just once a week. Wednesday is my day so watch this space🤗

Thank you for this! I was just bemoaning the roller coaster daily weigh in. I am going to switch to weekly too.
