Why do I turn into a food monster at night??
I always do so good in the day time...no cheats, eat right, chug the water....then the evil begins!!
Once I am home that where the trouble starts. I usually do ok with dinner, then the snackies hit! I feel like I will just go crazy unless I eat sweets. I just have to kick this...
TODAY IS A NEW DAY AND I WILL DO BETTER!!! (Repeat 100 times to self)

Yes and I have a harder time on the weekends but I have found some good things like baked apples slices, the special k pecan and cinnimumum cereal (smile), skinny cow vanilla ice cream sandwiches (i cut them in half)and the new jello temptations, there is one like cheese cake and one like lemon mar. pie. Of course if you do atkins or some of these other special diets they may not fit into your plan. I am just eating healthier and I dont eat 4 or 5 items. I just have them once in a while when I gotta have something sweet.

Thanks...those sound really good. I just have to limit them like you said. I just have to have better choices available. Going to grocery store tonight and stock up on the good stuff!! :)
