Latorga2 Welcome to FS! I'm on a food plan designed by my nutritionist that includes 2 days a week of carb cycling. It is basically where 2 days a week I increase the amount of protein I eat to 125-140 grams a day, my fat increases to 40-50 grams a day, and I limit my carbs to under 40 grams a day. For me it is in conjunction with weightlifting and working out pretty hard. It's a temporary way to eat, more like a " jump-start" You can Google it and get more information.

looks complicated. is that processed meat? I can't have salty stuff due to my age. plus i retain water on salt. eggs are so nice and filling and inexpensive, too. congrats! what's a protein cycling day? i eat twice a day small amounts of chicken tune salmon or pork loin or once a week lean beef. or an egg, boiled.
