Good day today. No, make that AWESOME, EXCITING DAY today!!!! I got the tour of my beautiful new gym at my university, and joined it for a two-week trial, and if all goes well, I'll be committing myself to a whole year to it and a whole month to a personal trainer!!! The place is so cool!! I want to do all sorts of things there--all their three floors of machines, running track, water sports (eventually! after I learn to swim!), belly dancing, piyo (pilates-yoga classes), cardio kickboxing, racquetball, all kinds of fancy weights, and toning/body scultping classes (oh! and those darned perfect abs classes!!).

I got ready to go workout around 8 pm or so, but then got called away to a phone call until well past midnight, but since I was all dressed, I decided to go to the gym anyway and did my planned run. Did 2.2 miles for 30 mins, with the first mile coming in a little faster than yesterday (13.30 mins instead of 13.90 mins). Did only 30 mins but am still proud of myself!
Meal-wise I think I did good. But haven't counted points or carbs so am unsure.
late breakfast: leftover spaghetti with tofu noodles
late lunch: gourmet salad with mustard dressing, walnuts, goat cheese croutons (fried, bread crumbs), and threw out the cranberries. Side plate of cheeses and smoked walnuts, and little bit of fig jam, and 2 bites of the bread and threw out the rest. two cups of coffee with half and half. For dinner, 2 slivers of brie, grapes, walnuts. Made a salad with boca burger but couldn't stomach it so left it uneaten.
