80-100g protein ✅
Managed 30 min walks most days ✅
4-5 IF ✅
Week 2: Revised calorie target (1600-1700) ✅
5 portions fruit & veg ❌ managed 4-5
80-100g protein ✅
30 min activity ✅
4-5 IF ✅
Weight now stuck for the 4th month in a row😢. Can’t seem to post any pics on the app…not sure why 🤷🏽‍♀️

I bet you’ve updated your phone. You are achieving nearly all your targets. Remember progress waits til you think it’ll never happen. (Like finding something when you stop looking) Thank you for visiting and cheering me up!

It’s been pretty rubbish, eating the wrong things and too much of it as well. It was a long stressful week. Don’t be fed up you have more green ticks than me this week.

Those weeks happen as you know, ready to start a new one and make some progress. I know what you mean but it will happen if you keep with it and have achievable goals. 😊

I’ve not read about it before a quick read a few minutes ago 😂. Quite possibly and possibly makes it more difficult to get past a certain weight point but if you’re burning more than the eat, you will lose weight eventually, so don’t give up 😊

The thing is I am definitely not burning more than I eat Ad…I never have. A 30 minute walk is hardly any calories. But I’ve never been someone who worked out particularly hard. Will see if that needs to change to lose the rest🧐

I did buy a tape measure last year Nikina. No idea what I did with it. I definitely find clothes fit me better. I can get into an XS jacket - a tad snug (but opt for S so I can layer), jeans are size 6-8. Inspired by you, I did 10minutes of a weight workout yesterday which felt good. So you’re right…there has been progress xx

Hi Marge, yes a few but I definitely need to tone up. It is gorgeous and sunny today, perfect day for a walk..but I’m off to work. Will aim to see if I can get to 8000 steps today. I think one of my issues is that Asian and UK sizing is so different…so I feel cheated out if the joy of my #NSVs😂. Also, I really want to reach a mid normal range bmi…it’s so hard! It’s not even about the number, I just want to feel as strong as confident as I can, and I’m very close to it I hope 🤞🏾. It’s so motivating to watch your perseverance with getting that last pound off. You’ll do it 💪🏽💪🏽

Regarding not being able to upload images there is a 1 meg size limit that is imposed on my PC. Could that be the problem? If so because saving image as a smaller size would fix that?

Sounds like there’s a new goal there somewhere, walking can be really good but it has to be a brisk walk.

I had an issue with images too, I went back to settings for the app on my phone and turned permissions off then on again!
