Keep at it😬😉 Your tv comment reminded me of myself. I'd always get comfortable on the couch and over eat while watching tv. So when I started doing better I decided I would stand to eat. For whatever reason it worked and just stayed with me. Generally I believe we won't over eat if standing... or at least it made sense to me🤣

I feel this. This week has been hell since Sunday morning. I barely eat when I'm devastated. I'm trying to get out of my depression and accept the situation and pray for improvement. In the mean time I ate my feeling today and went to Sonic.
