i am at an all new low :) Tho every ounce lost is an all new low, since i've been over weight my entire adult life. Being skinny as a teenager and an adult is totally different! LOL
This weekend is full of family, friends and food! So its gonna be a toughy, but it makes me glad that i have myself on a really strict plan, otherwise i'd probably go hog wild and end up gaining a bit. But on Southbeach i know exactly what i can and cant eat so i'm going into this food filled weekend with full confidence, and will hopefully come out a few pounds lighter :)
Ugh, my cats are shedding and there is cat hair EVERYWHERE, time to get down to business and clean this place!!
