Happy Friday everyone. Pleased with what I lost this week had one or 2 functions and still managed to loose. Have 2 more functions this week so holding thumbs
201.7 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
