It wasn't just a horrible IBS day. I have a colon infection. I also have an irregular heart beat (not caused by electrolyte imbalance). I'm on antibiotics plus fluids only for the next 2 days (with pudding when I take the antibiotics). Hopefully, I don't end up really wacked out from this and can be back on South Beach afterwards. Also, hopefully, my heart is back to normal tomorrow. Georgia
