I have been running ~4.75 miles each run this week. Today I tried to bump it up with what I thought was a five mile run, but it still added up to 4.7. I would have added some at the end, but I had to get ready for work anyway. Next time. At least I burned enough calories to not feel guilty about a tiny bowl of strawberry shortcake. Working my way up to 10k runs. It’s getting hotter though, which is slowing me down. Hope y’all had a great day.
