It’s actually not too bad- but the only thing is the way you are planning it, it is 2 ‘days’ or not eating which I find harder. I usually do my 36 the other way round- I eat dinner Monday night around 6.30 and then fast for Tuesday, so psychologically it feels like 1 day, and then I break it Wednesday morning around 8am! I did this every week for about 8-9 months and it actually got easier, I got used to it 😁
