goooooood mornin...was tough getting up this morning...stayed up to late last night watchin a show on tv...only watched half of it an went to sleep...needless to say alarm clock was buzzzzzzzin in my ear this morning an all i was thinkin was rollin over an shuttin it off an going back to sleep..but then i thought...i have a long day of doing stuff today...an i kno i will be tired tomow morning ...worse then today...so i better go today in case im to tired to get up tomow...todays plan started with a morning gym workout...later its walmart ..then after lunch mowing the yard an trimming it..will be a full day with little sit down time...i did get out yesterday again an enjoyed the sunshine..was only in the 60s...but was nice enough to end up with a red face...put lotion on it last night an again this morning..to help ...well..need to make the bed...and take a break for a few...have a great day...

Yes you better put that sunscreen on..lol very important because we don't want to start looking old and leathery..lol Great job getting up and getting to the gym. Hope your day goes well and thanks for the support on my journal...yes I need a solution and fast...
