I'm going to be doing the same thing I just named it my own diet. Someone had commented on my journal that what I was doing was not low carb.

We all can't do low carb. I do medium carb, so I watch my carbs a lot. Over time I reduced my pasta, rice, and potatoes but I try to find low carb bread. Every day I eat 1/2 cup of oats to lower my cholesterol. You must do what is best for you. :)
