This Intermittent Fasting is sooooo hard :) My stomach is used to eating !! But Intermittent Fasting works so well for me, and there are so many health benefits, I will stick with it for a while.

IF gets easier once you've picked up a few tricks that work best for you. I wasn't sure I could do it either...but by week two I did an unplanned 48 hr water fast. (I just wasn't hungry). Now I do that once a month. Not bragging. Just sharing that it gets easier.
