goooooood monday morning...alarm clock woke me up this morning..i got up an ate...an watched weather channel an also went online to check the weather...they was calling for bad storms...so i decided to miss my workout...dont mind the rain, but when its showin a line of red coming...then id rather stay put then take the chance...well...i should of went...all i heard was light rain...but then who knows..i did go back to sleep...i did go yesterday for a workout and i also went for my first bike ride around town yesterday morning...didnt go all that far about a quarter of my usual 6-8 miles...but still enough to see how it felt...i can tell you right now my boney butt still hurts when i sit down...so that means getting use to the seat again this year...to me the hardest part of it all...o well...not sure what im gonna do today...depends on the rain...guess its suppose to rain most of the morning at least...well...need to get up an make the bed again...lol...have a great one..

Getting used to the seat every year seems to be the hardest thing. lol I'm not looking forward to that first bike ride for the seat but to have it awesome enough to bike ride sounds marvellous daling~~
