I've been recording my weight daily to figure out what works for me. Accordingly, the scale tells me I've lost 7 lbs since Monday. I'm hoping that is accurate but I'm also really afraid of what Monday will bring. Weekends are the worst for me. Saturdays not so much because I managed to get to the gym for some cardio. Sundays are the worst though. That's the day I spent most of my time on my butt. It's awful. I don't even eat very much either. And no, I don't eat junk. Maybe it's a lack of hydration. Maybe it's not eating enough. I guess I have the weekend to figure it out.
