Two days of good workouts. I put in a good 2.5 hours yesterday, including over an hour of machine weights (biceps, chest, triceps, shoulders), and 30 mins on the bike (nearly 10 miles), and another 10 on elliptical. I could have gone harder, longer on the weight machines.

Food was mostly good, as follows:
1 boca burger (2)
coffee with cream (2-3)
atkins bar (2)
soy milk with protein mix (3)
late night after workout: sauteed brocolli and meatless crumbles with cheese, butter

Tuesday:
atkins bar (2)
coffee with cream (3)
greek salad with olive, feta, and 2 pieces of pita (??)
atkins bar (2)
meatless crumbles with cauliflower and brocolli with cheese and butter (4)
2 hours in the gym: weights (legs kicks, extensions tricep lifts, and bicep curls), 30 mins bike, and 30 mins treadmill. Broke a good sweat.

Boring journal today. Just wanted to get the stats down and get going...gotta hit the shower and then off to bed!
