I've been trying really hard to stay on top of my calories, but this insane job takes up all of my focus! Its retarded how busy i've been. And im so exhausted by the end of the day that my gym time is starting to suffer too. I feel like i barely eat anything all day because i'm so busy that i just kind of shovel food in whenever i get a second.. but then i enter in my food at the end of the day and realize that i've eaten much more than i thought.

Ugh, i'm so frustrated!!! I'm way behind for the week so tomorrow i'm gonna try and go in around 6:30am (1.5 hours early, and NOT get paid!) so by the time i make it to the gym i'll have been awake for 14 hours, working for 10 of those.


And yet another whiny post... i'm really starting to hate the person this job is making me. I'm usually so laid back and carefree, i hate that i'm becoming this constantly stressed cranky woman.

One thing that always cheers me up tho.. my 4 year old when he mispronounces things, he's watching The Incredibles and keeps calling it 'The Concredibles' haha

hey girl, keep your head up! I know how frustrating it can get when you're so used to a "routine" and it gets shaken up completely! My advice to you is to do the BEST you can possible to plan ahead your grub. When I picked up my second job as a trainer after hours it really started to hit my just recently. But I am just starting to adapt again, by either cooking a few days ahead, or making stuff REAL QUICK. I've turned to raw veggies because I can just rinse and eat. I've turned to frozen chicken strips, avocados, apples - anything handy that is "grab n go" but still healthy! I am sure if you get a chance to put some thought behind it you'll get right back to where you want to be! Good luck with everything! =)

Aw, Girl. I'm sorry to hear the job is still so shitty. :( That's awful. I hope you're able to get caught up with those extra hours and then have a little breathing room. I just hope that doesn't need to become a habit; you need rest. Especially if they don't pay you for over-time! F-that! You are only one person and can only do what you can do. Not sure if you're a fan of Finding Nemo or not, but when I'm feeling super overwhelmed at work, I just sing to myself, "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming..." :) Hang in there!
