Shrinking Sonya's Journal, 04 April 2011

Have been in a slump but decided today enough is enough and I've got to keep moving forward! Ate one (turkey) manwich today instead of 2 and went walking for the last 40 minutes of my lunch break. Have loaded up on water & healthy snacks and I'm ready to face this week and show it who's boss :)

we all get in a slump from time to time...its hard to stick with a new habit...when you hit a slump that is the time to look back at your successes and think about what your trying to achieve an decide that its time to get with the program and get back on that horse an get back into that new routine of making the right choices for a new you...
