gooooood mornin...decided yesterday to reset my mini goal ...just 15 pounds away...hopefully faster results since ive finally figured out how to get the weight to come off..the way im eating right now seems to burn the calories off the best for me...well..the best i have found so far...low carbs, high protein seems to work for me...so just gonna continue eating and exercising...decided last night to go ahead an pay for 6 months ahead at the gym...to start next month...i do enjoy going in at 33oam and getting my workouts over with and having the rest of the day to do whatever...especially with the warmer weather thats ahead...yes its hard to get up at 3am most mornings to get in the mood...but...im an early riser most days before the alarm clock...storms are passin thru this morning..so probably just gonna stay home an sleep thru it...or at least try an sleep thru it...hate to miss my workouts...but there will be days like that...lest i went yesterday to get my week started right...well...gonna turn this off for the time being an unplug it all...have a surge protector, but looks like lots of lightening...an i just cant trust a surge protector to do its job...when i can unplug it an kno for sure...have a great one..and remember...if i dont take care of me...no one else is gonna...its as simple as that....

thanks cathy...yes stayin at the gym is something i decided would keep me in a regular routine...and also keep me accountable to workin off the weight...decided to weigh in this morning an although its up half a pound, has come down almost 2 pounds since friday ...was all water weight so im sure that in couple of days the loss will start showing again...just things ive learned about myself during this journey...
