the sound of my alarm clock buzzin in my ear is all that kept me from sleeping in today...goooooood moorning...like last sunday i went to the gym today to get my week of workouts started once again...to me its no longer about what day ..its after 2 days off, its time to get back into the gym and get my body working out and back into a healthy habit of workin off calories that i consumed over the last 2 days and just not doing anything i didnt have to...been in the 60s here...an even nicer today, but tomow storms are moving thru...that is also why i went this morning...didnt know how bad the storms would be tomow morning when i get up...i plan to go in the morning unless its just to nasty out...weight is coming back down once again...im sure the gain was just water as i did drink alot of water friday, just couldnt seem to get enough of it...i cant decide whether to reset my mini goal weight or just let it stay at the same place...seems like it took me so long to achieve it...i want to see the green of being at my goal for a change...lol...and really for me...i still have another 90 some pounds i plan to work off...its been a long journey...but ive learned so much about myself and about being healthier for the long haul...if i dont take care of me...no one else is gonna...its as simple as that.......moms freezer cakes that she bout friday at the store are slowly disappearing...but im happy to say..not by me...and really its not that much of a struggle not to eat them either...over the last 6 months or so..ive noticed my eating habits and what really smells good just isnt always as good as it smells...i drive by a fast food place an you can smell the auroma of the food, but then i think about all the grease...fat...calories...and i kno that its a food that although it smells good...its a last choice for me...there are better things i could be eating then fast food...i never was much for fast food or even eating out...so i dont really miss it...even when mom has an appointment outta town for annual doctors visit..an we go to an all you can eat buffet...she can eat 2-3x what i can eat and shes only 150 pounds soaking wet...she puts it away...i can eat like that to...but im always so misserable after i get done...an id rather not eat like that and enjoy the drive home...then be misserable all the way home...and i also think about the calories when i eat as well...really id rather take my food with me...but thats not always a choice...lol...lest i kno what i take has no added salt or anything thats gonna spike my calorie intake up...well ..enough babblin for this morning...need to get up an make the bed...and get some dry clothes on ....have a great one...monday is almost here again...have a greattttttttt one...

Your right it is a long journey and in the beginning we tend to feel deprived but as we go on we realize that our eating habits really have changed and it's such a great feeling. We have learned a lot from this jouney. Sometimes we forget and backslide but that is normal. We really know we are changed because even though we slide we keep coming back. Happy Sunday!
