Back from visiting with my grandchildren. It’s was fantastic but I was naughty with the food. Weight is up.
Time to get back to work… eating clean and hurting the treadmill.
130.7 lb Lost so far: 117.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
