Went to Stanford to see pediatric neurologist for my daughter yesterday (2 hour drive one way). Didn't have a problem with food because I prepared (of course, I didn't count on my husband eating my 1/2 my walnuts but they were actually there for emergency use).
New word for the week "Variety". We need it to stay on plan. I'm working to mix up what I eat already but I'm going to put more effort into it. Wish me luck.
