Experienced a good weight loss today, putting me at where I was in my induction phase last month, before all the bad eating and drinking had started. Yesterday's workout really paid off!! I am inching closer to 140, and then only 15 pounds away from my goal!!!! I can almost smell the arrival!!!
Today was a weird day food-wise. Started off by grabing an atkins bar for breakfast and coffee from starbucks, and then a bunch of weird combinations as below:
atkins bar (2 c) coffee with cream (4c?) salad with dressing (2) peanuts (2c) hummus few servings (2c each; total 6-8 c!!), with 1 celery stalk atkins bar (2c) dinner: skipped after gym: soy milk and protein mix (4c) total: 22 c?
Workout was good: 30 mins treadmill (262 k, 4 incline, 3.8 miles, and ran for a few mins), and 30 mins bike (6 and up level; 9 miles!), biceps (15 pds times 3 sets), and machines (leg extensions, chest presses, and seated rows).
