Still unable to workout due to my surgery on Tuesday, but still maintaining the current weight... :)

Have a GREAT weekend EVERYONE!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you're worried about gaining weight now then adjust your RDI to low active and you'll know how many calories you can consume now. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
