Still holding 209# even after eating out at restaurants all weekend, I bought some of the School yard snacks, cheese puffs 1- Carb per package and some cereal,1- carb per package, I think I will use them as my texture thing, seems very crunchy and something I can live with, don't know If I would buy them again !!! Taste OK, but I might need a learning curve to really like them, but sometimes need something crunchy, and these might fit the bill..
