After doing Chest, Shoulders and Triceps this morning, I see how quickly I can lose strength. I could only do 25 chair dips, whereas last time I did them, I got to 34! Is 25 chair dips enough?-I have to ask myself and I think the answer is yes. Anyway, by the time I finished the workout I was so wasted that I couldn't lift my arm up to brush my hair back! Lol! This is my last workout until Friday because I'll be out of town and busy from 7am till 7pm. :(
