Noticed the fatsecret daily calorie does not account for fiber amounts in the diet.
It's important to include fiber in the diet on a daily basis. Many recommendations are up to 35% of daily calories. Of course there are other benefits of a diet high in fiber.
I'm basing my daily food intake on a ratio of 40%-50% carbs, less than 30% fat, and at least 30% protein. Trying to get the good fat down to 15% as well. It is difficult to look at the fatsecret tally and see an enormous amount of carb grams, in part, due to more fiber content of the food.
