On facebook, one of the radio stations that I listen too, had posted this..
"When someone drops 57 pounds, you pay attention to what they have to say about losing weight! Meet this amazing woman on today's "Mid-Morning" w/ fitness trainer Kerri *****, who explains the cause of middle-age belly fat & how to outsmart it, AND answers your fitness & weight-loss questions."
I thought it was kind of ironic.. Oh really? I responded..
Interesting that you wrote "When someone drops 57 pounds, you pay attention to what they have to say about losing weight!" I have lost nearly 70 lbs since April 2014-- people ask me how I did it... and when I respond a lot of people have responded back "that is too much work"- and I keep thinking.. well you asked.. and I told you .. No, I am not on a starvation diet, <eating bout 1800 calories a day>, but I am eating healthier-- trading "bad calories for good ones... and eating a lot of salads (5 to 6 family bags a week-- which I do not count in my calorie intake)
