So today is hard day for me!! We had team builder lunchon at RED LOBSTER with my co-workers! I think I did okay... but too many carbs.. and I'm proud of myself.. only 1 biscuits and not the 2 or 3 I use to able to eat without noticing . They are so good! I just gotta remember that I lost 10lbs already and there is so many more to lose...

How does everyone else deal with life events?
