Woke at 211#, been exact same # weight and oz weight for almost 5 days, PMO!!! My scale is called LIL LIAR, I know and have been on weight plateaus for over 3 months, then started moving again , been working out eating right, need to change some things up, getting rid of 1/2 &1/2 going with heavy cream to take off some carbs, just got to tweek it , and then move on ! and I'm DO N OK !
