Good Tuesday morning!
Boy am I tired from last night. I went to boxing and did ground and pound, boxing drills and muay thai kicks. I was so dirty by the end of the night, I could see the dirt coming off in the shower. Needless to say, the mats were pretty dirty. I got such a great workout though. I'm not really sore from it, just beat. I didn't get to bed till 11:45pm and I get up around 4:50am. I didn't get a lot of sleep. I'm going to bed early tonight. I'll probably either go back to boxing or do my yoga sculpt tonight. I'm still 100% on my eating...it's so much easier now to stick to it. I don't even want "bad" food. I feel very toned and tight...I really like that feeling. My hubby is looking great too...we'll have to do an "after" picture together so everyone can see. This week marks the end of the half-way mark. We've completed 6 weeks and only have 6 more to go. I'm not going to stop doing what I'm doing now, but we both have goals for where we would like to be at the end of the 3 months, so we'll see.

If anyone needs encouragement or anything, please let me know...I've been where you are, and I can help you get through it!!

You are so awesome!!! Thanks for the advice...I need to eat more I know, but it is so hard when your not hungry...what do I do!! EEERRR!!! I think I am doing good and then it hits me that I need more food or something! Any advice is appreciated! Keep up the great work, I know you must be looking GREAT!

Heather, you should be eating something every 3 hours. In between my meals I drink a protein shake. It's only about 8-10 oz. of water with protein powder. I drink 2 a day. That's a good way to get more protein without having to actually "eat" something.

I am eating every 3 hours guess I need to just find something different to eat...I usually do breakfast, snack, lunch, snack & dinner..that is why I am never hungry, but it is just not the right stuff I guess. Thanks for the advice...I will see what I can mix in to make it better for me.
